UX/UI Designer

We design the front-end experiences from boarding and integration, to payment and banking services, to back-office management portals and value-added service subscription. The team are passionate about user centric design and promoting the value of design thinking across the organisation. What you will be doingYou will be involved in many aspects of the FIS product ecosystem. This will include improving our customer’s ability to manage their payments and finances, as well as supporting the consolidation and reimagination of our developer experiences.You will conduct and document the necessary research and analysis to become an expert in our customers, partners and developers needs and behaviours.You bring creative ideas and solutions that help solve real user problems  You will conduct the necessary testing to validate and refine your solutions  You will produce and own full product design specifications including wireframes, visual designs  and prototypesYou’ll collaborate with developers and technical teams to deliver the final product You’ll collaborate with the wider UX tea to ensure your designs are consistent with FIS’s UX principles and design system  What you bring:Enthusiasm and interest in design and financial technologyA proven track record of delivering market leading design solutions through a strong portfolioAre familiar working within an Agile / Scrum dev environmentA flair for creating world class digital experiences Ability to elicit business requirements and to translate them into innovative, creative digital solutionsAcute attention to detailExcellent visual, verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding and demonstrable application of UX design best practicesCompetency in producing a range of artefacts from research to early prototypes to final, pixel perfect experiencesA rigorous approach to experience work, attentive to edge cases as well as happy paths Added bonus if you have:Previous experience working on developer platforms or API marketplacesFinancial technology experience in banking, payments or commerceCross platform design (Native iOS, Android, Web apps) experienceProduct / UX / UI / Industrial Design education background Experience of evangelising and instilling UX thinking within a large organisation  What we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technologyA broad range of professional education and personal development opportunitiesGreat work spaces with dedicated and motivated colleaguesA fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeingPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
