Service Advisor\n\nPrestige Franchised Motor Dealership - Liverpool\n\nOur client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.\n\nSalary: Basic salary ranging up to £32,500 (depending on experience)\n\nHigher package for an experienced Senior Service Advisor\n\nUncapped annual bonus of £4800\n\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm (1 in 4)\n\n- As a service advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department.\n\n- You will check vehicles in and out, liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience and securing future work as necessary.\n\n- Dealing with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.\n\n- To carry out systematic follow up, up-sell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.\n\n- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.\n\n- You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager.\n\n- Must have experience in the role, ideally within a prestige dealership.\n\nDo you have experience in an automotive service advisor role?\n\nIf yes, apply today with an up to date CV!\n\nWho are you applying to?\n\nThe Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
