This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong tax specialist to work on a variety of complex projects, provide strategic tax advice, and support the development of junior team members in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nCar allowance or company car\n\nFully funded professional development and study support\nCareer progression opportunities within a growing practice\n30 days annual leave, including bank holidays\nQualifications\n\nEssential:\n\nFully CTA qualified\n\nMinimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within tax advisory\n\nStrong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively\nFull driver's license \nDesirable:\n\nExperience mentoring and developing junior team members\n\nStrong corporate tax advisory experience\nExperience managing complex tax planning and restructuring projects\nPrevious involvement in reviewing technical tax work\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nOversee and manage a range of tax advisory projects from planning through to completion.\nPrepare and review detailed tax analysis, ensuring compliance with current legislation and relevant case law.\nProvide strategic tax advice and identify opportunities for tax efficiency and planning.\nReview technical work completed by Tax Advisers and Junior Tax Advisers, ensuring accuracy and quality.\nManage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication throughout each engagement.\nLiaise with external parties and relevant authorities where required to facilitate project completion.\nSupport business growth through exceptional client service and technical expertise.\nRequirements\n\nAs a Senior Tax Specialist, you will also be expected to:\n\nDemonstrate exceptional technical tax knowledge.\nMaintain compliance with current legislation and professional standards.\nSupport, coach and mentor junior members of the tax team.\nContribute to performance reviews and staff development activities.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client outcomes.\nAbout Regional Recruitment \n\nThis position is being advertised by Regional Recruitment Ltd, an award-winning independent recruitment agency established in 2008.
