The Opportunity
This is a highly visible, relationship-led position that sits at the intersection of commercial property, professional services and business development.
Acting as a senior ambassador for the business, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships, generating valuable introductions and identifying commercial opportunities across London's professional and property markets.
Success in this role is built upon credibility, influence and trust. You will become a recognised representative of the organisation within the marketplace, developing meaningful relationships with agents, landlords, investors, developers, consultants, occupiers and senior business leaders. Through your network, market intelligence and commercial awareness, you will create opportunities that contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the business.
Whether attending industry events, meeting clients, hosting networking engagements or facilitating introductions, you will ensure the organisation remains front of mind within key decision-making circles.

Whilst the ability to identify and convert opportunities is important, this is not a traditional outbound sales role. Success will be measured by the strength of relationships developed, market intelligence gathered, opportunities introduced and commercial outcomes delivered.
