This rewarding role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a student with an EHCP, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the student's educational journey by working closely with teachers, the SENCO, pastoral staff, and external professionals to deliver consistent, personalised support throughout the school day.

\nAs a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a student with an EHCP, ensuring they are fully included in school life and able to access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs.
\nYou will work alongside teaching staff to implement strategies and interventions outlined within the student's EHCP while promoting independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.

\nExperience supporting students with needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), or moderate learning difficulties would be advantageous but is not essential.
