This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping every pupil achieve both academically and personally.\n\nThe Role - SEN Teaching Assistant\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.\n\nWorking across 1:1 support, small-group interventions, and whole-class activities, you will help pupils develop confidence, independence, and the skills needed to access learning successfully.\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become a valued member of a forward-thinking support team, working alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists to deliver targeted interventions.
