Job Description

We are working with one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing home care providers to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Manager.\n\n This is an opportunity to join a large-scale, well-established organisation with a significant operational footprint and ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will oversee a substantial portfolio of services, leading experienced Registered Managers and operational leaders while driving performance, quality, compliance and commercial success.\n\n This role would suit an experienced Regional Operations Manager or Area Manager who has managed large domiciliary care operations and can demonstrate strong financial, commercial and people leadership skills.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nProvide operational leadership across a large multi-site domiciliary care portfolio.\nLead, support and develop a team of experienced Registered Managers and Operational Managers.\nDrive service performance, growth, quality outcomes and operational excellence.\nEnsure all services consistently achieve and maintain high regulatory standards.\nTake ownership of regional budgets, financial performance and commercial objectives.\nMonitor KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.\nSupport strategic growth initiatives and new service development.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and key stakeholders.\nPromote a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.Requirements\nProven experience in a Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within domiciliary care.\nExperience managing large-scale, multi-site care operations.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgets and P&L performance.\nExcellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality governance.\nDemonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing management teams.\nStrong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance compliance, quality, growth and commercial performance.\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.What's on Offer\nSalary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.\nPerformance-related bonus.\n24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nHybrid working pattern with 3 days operationally based and 2 days working from home.\nFlexible and supportive working environment.\nClear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation.\nStrong leadership team and excellent operational support.If you are interested in this position, please apply, or for more information contact James Paton Domus Recruitment.\n \n As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates, we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you.
