Regional Health and Safety Manager

A leading multinational Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to join its Operations and Projects team. This role will focus on a broad range of projects varying in size, value, and environment, with approximately 90% of projects located in the North West.\n\nThe company operates across energy, engineering, and facilities services and prides itself on delivering groundbreaking energy solutions while increasing the use of low-carbon technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities of a Regional Health and Safety Manager for this role includes:\n\n * Providing expert health and safety advice and guidance to the Operations and Projects teams.\n\n * Ensuring all project-based CDM deliverables are met.\n\n * Developing, implementing and managing risk assessments, audits and inspections, ensuring all actions are completed.\n\n * Improving health and safety standards across projects and operational teams.\n\n * Maintaining accurate health and safety records and preparing monthly performance reports.\n\n * Delivering health and safety induction programmes and training to staff and project teams.\n\n * Keeping up to date with legislation, industry best practice and company standards.\n\n * Representing the company in health and safety matters across projects, clients, and contractors.\n\nExperience\n\n * Previous experience in a health and safety managerial role, ideally within construction, energy, or mechanical and electrical project environments.\n\n * Knowledge and experience of implementing project-based CDM requirements.\n\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to advise, guide, and support colleagues on industry best practice.\n\nQualifications\n\n * NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (essential).\n\n * NEBOSH General and/or Construction certificates.\n\n * GradIOSH status or equivalent desirable.\n\n * CDM training would be beneficial.\n\nThis Regional Health and Safety Manager role offers a salary of £48,000–£50,000, plus car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits
