Your new company \nThis Receptionist job has been made available by a Secondary School in Sheffield. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focusses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.\n\nYour new role \nThis school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:\n\nMeeting and greeting visitors\nManagement of the school phone line\nResponding to emails\nChecking in/out visitors and other stakeholders\nGeneral Admin dutiesWhat you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate would have:\n\nStrong IT skills,\nRespect for safeguarding and confidentiality,\nA strong ability to communicate well\nWork as part of a team and as an individual\nUse your own initiative\nAbility to remain calm under pressure\nMaintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum, and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.\n\nWhat you'll get in return \nAs well as receiving a competitive rate of pay, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an outstanding school.
