Property Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\n alary: £26,500 - £30,(Apply online only) per year\n\nContract: Full‑time, perm\n\nAbout the Role\n\nA growing property organisation is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys building strong tenant relationships, staying on top of compliance, and keeping operations running smoothly.\n\nYou'll be the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring properties are well‑maintained and delivering a positive experience for all occupants.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day‑to‑day property operations, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.\n\nCarry out regular property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and upkeep standards are met.\n\nMaintain accurate tenant records and manage property‑related financial documentation.\n\nSupport occupancy growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and maximise rental income.\n\nKeep detailed logs of all communications, transactions, and property documentation.\n\nHandle phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.\n\nLiaise with contractors and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.\n\nPrepare property performance reports for internal review.\n\nConduct end‑of‑tenancy inspections and manage deposit negotiations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience in property management or a related field.\n\nStrong administrative and organisational skills, including data entry and office coordination.\n\nFamiliarity with property management software (advantageous but not essential).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage a varied workload.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompany pension\n\nSick pay\n\nAdditional leave\n\nCasual dress
