People Success Lead- 1 Year Fixed Term

Job Description

As a People Leader, you will work with a globally dispersed workforce, creating a supportive, structured, and high-performance environment for our engineers. You will collaborate with individuals across the world, using your relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence to foster trust, drive accountability, and help our people thrive.

This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, confident in navigating sensitive situations, and motivated by helping others succeedall within a fully remote, multicultural organisation.

What You'll Do\n

    Build strong, trusting relationships with engineers across multiple time zones and cultures

    Lead effective one-on-one and team meetings, balancing facilitation with real-time note-taking and follow-up actions

  • \n

    Set and reinforce clear expectations of the engineering role, ensuring alignment, fairness, and transparency

  • \n
  • \n

    Drive the full performance management cycle by guiding teams through development planning, tracking and discussing progress against objectives, on a timely and constructive manner.

  • \n

    Manage performance, monitor challenges and issues, provide support and conduct appraisals as per companys guidelines

  • \n
  • \n

    Support and encourage individual growth and performance

  • \n
  • \n

    Navigate sensitive or challenging conversations with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and an open mind

  • \n
  • \n

    Support engineers through conflict, blockers, and personal or professional challenges with empathy and discretion

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain strong communication channels and ensure alignment on organisational goals

  • \n
  • \n

    Guide the team through organisational transitions, provide stability and maintain morale during periods of uncertainty

    Maintain team engagement and productivity during change.
