Rare National Account Manager Opportunity | Market Leading Manufacturer | Facilities Management / BSC\n\nNational Account Manager – Facilities Management (FM) / BSC\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nRare opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer in a strategic National Account Manager position. Managing around 10 established national FM and contract cleaning accounts, this role offers the chance to influence long-term customer strategy, drive sustainable growth and work with some of the UK's largest facilities management organisations.\n\nThe Role of National Account Manager – FM / BSC\n\n * This is a strategic National Account Manager position working for a market-leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning and hygiene solutions.\n\n * Field based role (approximately 4 days customer facing / 1 day working from home)\n\n * Managing a multi-million-pound portfolio of established Key and National Accounts within the Facilities Management, Building Services and Contract Cleaning sectors\n\n * Developing and implementing 3–5 year strategic account growth plans designed to increase revenue, market share and customer engagement\n\n * Building relationships with senior stakeholders including Account Managers, Account Directors, Operations Directors, Procurement Teams, Sustainability Managers, Sector Heads and C-Suite decision makers\n\n * Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative state-of-the-art products /solutions across multiple customer locations and divisions\n\n * Working closely with internal colleagues across sales, service and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes\n\n * Acting as a trusted commercial partner to some of the UK's largest market leading FM BSC organisations\n\n * Driving long-term account growth through strategic planning, collaboration and value-added customer engagement\n\nThe Company Hiring a National Account Manager\n\nOur client is a recognised market leader and household brand within the industrial cleaning and capital equipment sector.\n\nWith a reputation built on innovation, service excellence and long-term customer partnerships, the business continues to achieve strong year-on-year growth across the UK and international markets.\n\nThe company invests heavily in product development and brings to market industry-leading solutions that help customers improve cleaning standards, operational efficiency, sustainability performance and health & safety compliance.\n\nWith a strong service infrastructure, high customer retention levels and significant investment in future growth, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a business that is genuinely regarded as one of the leaders within its sector.\n\nThe Candidate for National Account Manager\n\n * We are keen to speak with high-calibre sales professionals who have experience managing strategic relationships at Key Account or National Account level.\n\n * Ideally, you will have experience selling products, services or solutions into Facilities Management, Building Services, Contract Cleaning or related sectors and understand the complex buying processes involved within large national organisations.\n\nWe would particularly welcome applications from:\n\nNational Account Managers\nKey Account Managers\nStrategic Account Managers\nBusiness Development Managers managing major FM accounts\nClient Solutions Directors\nCommercial Managers\nAccount Directors\n\nExperience working with or selling into organisations such as Mitie, Sodexo, ISS, Churchill Group, CBRE, JLL, Integral, Bouygues, ENGIE, VINCI Facilities, Serco, Bellrock, Atlas FM, OCS, EMCOR, Amey or similar organisations would be highly advantageous.\n\nCandidates from capital equipment, industrial products, cleaning and hygiene, facilities services, building services, waste management, compliance, workplace solutions, security services or other consultative B2B sales environments are encouraged to apply.\n\nMost importantly, you will have a proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships, delivering commercial growth and influencing decision makers at multiple levels within large organisations.\n\nThe Package on Offer for the National Account Manager\n\n * Up to £55,000 Basic Salary\n\n * 30% bonus OTE\n\n * Hybrid Company Car\n\n * Matched 6% Pension\n\n * Health\n\n * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\n\n * Full Product & Industry Training\n\n * Career Development Opportunities\n\n * Genuine National Account Management Role with Strategic Customer Ownership\n\nRef: CPJ1848
