Director of Quality, Regulatory & Safety – London

A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing UK pharmaceutical business at a pivotal stage of its expansion.

Part of a well-established global pharma group (40+ years), the UK arm is just 4 years old and has already reached £35m turnover with a team of ~30. With a new General Manager in place, the next phase is focused on rapid growth (planned to 40+ staff in 2026).

Their focus on women’s health—one of the UK’s fastest-growing therapy areas—is a key driver behind this momentum.

The Role

A senior leadership position, reporting into the UK leadership team, overseeing:

• Quality
• Regulatory Affairs
• Drug Safety

Each function has an established Head, so this role is about leading leaders, aligning functions, and scaling capability as the business grows.

• Senior Quality leadership experience (Head of / Director level)
• Exposure to Regulatory and/or Safety
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
