The Team\nThe Global Markets Change Management (GMCM) team sits at the intersection of strategy, regulation and business transformation, leading some of the firm's most impactful change initiatives across Global Markets. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior business leaders and key control partners to deliver complex programmes that shape the future of the business. Whether responding to evolving regulatory requirements, driving risk and capital initiatives, or enabling strategic business growth, you will play a critical role in helping Global Markets navigate change while balancing commercial objectives, operational effectiveness and regulatory expectations.
\nThe GMCM team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end solutions for regulatory, risk and capital, strategic business change, and cross‑line of business initiatives across Global Markets. Team members act as project and programme managers, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high‑profile initiatives that impact Sales, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology across EMEA and globally.
