Job Description

The role of a Corporate Banking Manager involves managing client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions for regional SME businesses. Based in Guildford, this position requires a deep understanding of corporate banking and a commitment to achieving client satisfaction. You be responsible for credit analysis, credit paper creation, account and relationship management and well as Business Development.\n\nClient Details\n\nThis opportunity is with a well-established Banking organisation within the financial services sector.

As a medium-sized enterprise, the company is dedicated to providing comprehensive banking and financial solutions to a diverse client base across Surrey from this office, and internationally from it's other offices.\n\nDescription\n\nManage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients in the Surrey area - deals are typically between £0.5 - 20 Million, and the portfolio is currently sitting at 45 customers\nProvide strategic financial advice and bespoke banking solutions to meet client needs\nAssess clients for their Credit worthiness, and ongoing credit needs / stress testing\nIdentify opportunities for business growth and proactively engage new clients.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.\nPrepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.\nFoster long-term professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. \n\nProfile\n\nA successful Corporate Banking Manager should have:\n\nA strong background in corporate banking within the financial services industry\nUsed to working with SME corporate clients on deals ranging from £0.5-20 Million\nCreate and stress test company credit worthiness reports\nProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.\nExcellent analytical skills to assess financial data and market trends.\nA thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nA proactive approach to business development and client acquisition\n4 Days in the office hybrid model.Job Offer\n\nCompetitive salary, 15% pension and profit share scheme\nComprehensive benefits package to be discussed during the interview process to include very generous holiday allowance\nOpportunity to work in the financial services industry with a respected organisation.\nProfessional development and career progression support.\nCollaborative and supportive work environment in Guildford, SurreyIf you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Corporate Banking Manager, we encourage you to apply today
